At the first whisper,
chimes in cherry leaves,
we close our eyes, listen
to a dusk that breathes
a chill trickle deep
into bare shoulders.

Cheap red and silly curacao
swirls with sticky conversation,
mumbled for heed to the night.

And still our body warm
seats keep us sated,
for a shorter and
shorter while.

The Fall...

A first sign of Autumn ~ the languid days of August.

~~

Far enough North and even an August eve turns a bit chill.

~

Quiet moments of conversation just for the sake of company.

Lovely.

Nice ~

I like this one Liar.

I feel like your writing has been changing a bit.

I like the feel and flow of this.

Very picturesque and sweet.

Just me ~ *Grins*

More Please ~!!
