The lady in the purple dress,
     supple thighs and all,
How I desire to slowly press
those breasts that rise and fall.

How gently I would touch thy skin,
     and kiss thy tender lips,
If only I could forgive my sin,
     and ride your swaying hips.

But fate has laughed at us again,
     it tortures me to say,
I will never touch your warm, sweet skin,
     in such a tender way.

So now I stand, a broken man,
     waiting on thy guiding hand.

Good rhyme and meter

I liked the flow of this. The only line that seemed off in terms of the meter was "If only I could forgive my sin".

The abrupt ending matches the disappointment of the narrator.

Beautiful!

For a first entry - your poem was lovely, delicate and expressed the longings and yearnings of the human soul.

Exquisitely written! Very enjoyable!
