She lives on a slip,
her crystal pendulum hypnosis hips
play vaudeville hide-n-seek
with sweet treats and spicy promises.

She would be black stiletto
in the city, but sandalettes and snarls
go a long way.

A random game of roughneck roulette,
round and round she swirls, and the table
just might be open still.

He smokes words from the back of the room,
seep up swoons and make them his,
silently not to crack
the lush frosting of his cool.

He wears intentions like expensive suits,
she wears extensions for cheap thrills.

And all he has to do is brush
a little bit closer, to lose a finger
or stop her in her tracks.

Cash in for tonight, the house always wins.
Your place, or mine?

Intruiging

I almost felt like I was there watching these two make their choices. You said a lot without saying much.

razor sharp imagery.....

Among the many wonderful lines, I particularly liked "He wears intentions like expensive suits." Title is excellent as well!
