instead of the fat babys arrows'
the grim reapers axe'
will strike
fear, not in this equation
liquored and drugged
i will scribble my goodbyes
on to dusty tears of blood paper
with dripping venom of ink
i will go into that goodnight*
the light-
no where
the fiery pit of hades-
surrounding

Satan my friend
treat me well
for a cowards death is not celebrated
and i, the coward
that feared
loneliness

god abandoned me again
his son bled for the sins
of man
his stupidity, ignorance
his assumptions

Satan. the almighty
will protect me
creator of my soul
do not fail me
for i have failed myself

fn. See, Dylan Thomas "I will not go into that good night"
