Reading fiction and fantasy requires the reader to give the author some leeway. If we create new worlds, not everything may be explained, and some things will be unfamiliar. The reader must transport themselves to that new world and suspend their expectations. In erotica, applying real-world values for health, safety, and social norms usually doesn't work, and particularly not in stories that try to explore new boundaries.
The reader must be accepting as they move themselves to that new world, with its own rules and culture. If those new ideas aren't acceptable to your tastes, that's fine ... but I hope you can keep your mind open and accepting when reading my stories.
