A Life Imagined

Joseph is born with a medical condition known as MAIS, or Mild Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. Born with male genitalia and with all the features of a woman, Joey has to navigate his life in an attempt to find himself. Add to this his discovery that he is a gay man, along with a family hiding who and what they are, makes Joey's life more complicated than even he may be able to handle. Joey narrates his story as best he can, hoping to survive and live a life imagined.
