Anger is a trap;
one I will refuse,
let it wash through me
away and over;
and when it is gone
the truth will remain.

That I have loved
without malice,
desired without greed,
needed without requiring.
That my motives
have been simple
and only my wants
have been complex.
I have lusted,
feared
and obsessed,
but I reject anger.

Very true.

One cannot always dwell on negative feelings.
