intentions flow like the rain
careless drops
acidic
your tongue
casting long glances in my direction
winking under the florescents
love looking too pale in this light
fingers stroke
sweeping my skin together
melting
one puddle
bodies burning into the touch
i love you
slips out like violet honey
my lips
press against yours
and i know that it's over

Nicely done

Erotic and haunting at the same time. This one will be sticking with me for a while.

Just Lovely

You've beautifully woven the language into something that is simultaneously real and ethereal. Amazing work.

Very sensual, SIMA

Gorgeous images: 'melting...one puddle' and 'winking under the flourescents' give it a gritty, but senuous feel. Very erotic, very HOT. Nice!

Well done Sima. I also have to articulate that 'violet honey' just rolls off the tongue, an intriguing image, and I am glad that it is something others feel the same toward. Very soft felt poem with contrasting images, particularly the above line in opposition to fluorescent. :)

Where?

Does this come from, must be inside and brings itself to the surface to make us also look within.

I like this! I agree about violet honey. Lovely words among some other very good phrases.
