Black on black.
Yeah, he wore black on black.
Black.
From his combat boots shined to perfection, up to…
Black.
From every smooth tight curl atop his head, down to…
Black.
These tight jeans that kissed every curve and angle
This tight shirt stretched across a willowy frame
his eyes are sharp, his smile is fresh
Beneath the skin I am boiling red
He’s black on black
and a soft smile flashed my way can’t slow down
the pulse trapped in the back of my throat
This is not just the heat of attraction
This is the heat of a need so strong, yet so lost
nearly desperate, nearly desolate.
One more glance my way--
looking down, lightly shaking my head at my glass,
Side corner of my eye and I watch him walk away,
Just a shadow where he had been standing--
Just this empty pit in my stomach--
Black on black.

~~

His presence seems almost described as charisma.
